Puppy & Dog Wellness Consult
Everything you need to raise a healthy, thriving dog.
Service Description
Welcoming a new puppy into your life should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Most new owners want to do everything right but worry about making mistakes during the first year. This consult gives you the practical foundations you need to raise your puppy with confidence, clarity, and ease. What You’ll Learn What a puppy truly is, including their instincts, natural behaviours, and developmental needs. Foundational nutrition, including safe starter foods, moisture, appropriate bone introduction, feeding rhythms, and how nutrition supports growth. Understanding vaccines, including timing, spacing, and how to make informed choices. Parasite prevention options, including tick, flea, and worming approaches without overwhelm. How to build healthy routines, including settling, sleep, crate or den use, toilet training, chewing needs, and safe social exposure. How movement and exploration support development, and how to introduce these safely in the first year. Behaviour basics, including managing play, mouthing, overstimulation, confidence building, and early communication. Full Q&A, so you can get clear answers to anything you feel uncertain about. What You’ll Walk Away With A clear understanding of your puppy, their needs, and how to support their development. Confidence in your decisions, from feeding to vaccines to daily routines. A realistic plan that fits your lifestyle, not a rigid list of rules. Reduced stress and fear, knowing you have guidance for each stage of the first 12 months. A strong foundation, so your puppy grows into a healthy, confident, well-adjusted adult dog. My Philosophy Raising a puppy should be about connection, education, and understanding what they truly need as a developing carnivore living in a human world. I give you the knowledge and practical tools to make informed choices, while you choose what fits your home and lifestyle. This consult is designed to help you start your puppy’s life with clarity and confidence — without fear, without pressure, and without the confusion that often comes with modern dog ownership.
