This consult is designed to take away that fear and give you clear, realistic guidance so you can make confident choices as your puppy grows. What You’ll Learn What a puppy truly is and how their biology and development shape their nutritional needs. How diet influences growth, including bones, joints, muscle development, digestion, behaviour, and immunity. How to feed your puppy in a way that fits your life, whether raw, cooked, mixed, or transitioning from their current diet. Core nutritional foundations, including moisture intake, protein quality, healthy fats, and appropriate bone introduction. How chewing and natural movement connect to nutrition, supporting dental development, jaw strength, gut motility, and neurological growth. What “balance” really means, why it is not a daily calculation, and how true balance is achieved over time. How to avoid common puppy-feeding mistakes without stress, guilt, or confusion. What You’ll Walk Away With Reassurance, knowing you do not need perfection to raise a healthy puppy. Clarity on what matters most during the crucial growth stages. Freedom from fear, because you will understand why things work, not just what to do. A personalised feeding plan, shaped around your puppy and your lifestyle. Cancellation Policy
Madra Pet Wellness Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Madra Pet Wellness, appointment times are reserved especially for you and your animal. To provide the best service and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings. Booking & Payment All appointments are paid upfront at the time of booking through our online booking system. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive: A full credit applied to your account OR A full refund (minus any booking platform fees if applicable). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable, as this time cannot be filled at short notice. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and a new appointment will require a new booking and payment. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Clinician Cancellations In the rare event that Madra Pet Wellness must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive: Priority rebooking, and A full refund or credit—whichever you prefer. Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
