Madra Pet Wellness Road Map

Business Roadmap (2026–2027)

This roadmap outlines what will be available at Madra Pet Wellness, when offerings will be released, and how the work will expand over time. It is designed to be transparent, realistic, and grounded in biological principles.

This is a living document and may evolve as the business and education deepen.

Core Focus

Madra Pet Wellness is built on a clear foundation:

Species appropriate nutrition as the cornerstone of health.

Throughout 2026 and beyond, Canine Nutrition will remain the primary focus and the central theme across consults, education, and products. Feline nutrition, herbal support, and hands-on therapies will be introduced gradually and intentionally.

Quarter 1 – 2026 (January–March)

Foundations & Education

  • Release of the first Madra Pet Wellness E-book (expected by the end of February)

  • Ongoing education focused on Canine Nutrition across social media and the blog

  • Core topics explored during this phase:

    • Understanding the dog’s biological purpose

    • Feeding in alignment with evolution rather than trends

    • Chewing, fasting, and natural behavioural needs

This quarter is focused on education, clarity, and establishing trust before expanding offerings.

Quarter 2 – 2026 (April–June)

Store Launch & Educational Resources

  • Opening of the Madra Pet Wellness online store

  • Products will be added gradually, not all at once

  • Each item introduced will be supported by:

    • Dedicated educational social media posts

    • In-depth blog articles explaining why the item exists, how it is used, and who it is (and is not) for

The store is intended to support learning and informed decision-making.

Quarter 3 – 2026 (July–September)

Group Consulting & Scalable Education

  • Launch of Small Group Nutrition Consults (5+ participants)

  • Available formats:

    • Online (live video sessions)

    • In-person (location dependent on class size)

Structure of the 2-hour group consult:

  1. Understanding the dog (and cat) as a biological being, evolution, purpose, and design

  2. A practical guide to feeding — structure, variety, confidence, and long-term thinking

These group consults will be priced slightly lower than 1:1 online consults, allowing education to be more accessible while supporting sustainable business growth.

This offering forms the foundation for future interstate education and live events.

Quarter 4 – 2026 (October–December)

Expanded Consult Offerings

  • Introduction of Feline Nutrition & Wellness Consults

  • Herbal support added as an integrated layer within nutrition consults

    • Focused on foundations, education, and support

    • Not yet offering condition-specific or disease-focused herbal prescribing

Herbal education will continue to be discussed throughout nutrition consults, preparing clients for future expansion.

What Will Not Be Offered in 2026

  • Equine nutrition consulting

  • Condition-specific herbal consultations

These services will be introduced only when scope, structure, and clinical responsibility are fully aligned.

2027 and Beyond

Hands-On Work & Advanced Therapies

  • Introduction of Canine and Equine hands-on bodywork

  • Launch of Mobile Acupuncture consults for:

    • Dogs

    • Horses

By this stage, Madra Pet Wellness will expand further into physical and energetic therapies, complementing the nutritional foundations already established.

Long-Term Vision

The goal of Madra Pet Wellness is not to create dependency or overwhelm.

The aim is to:

  • Educate and empower pet guardians

  • Reduce confusion around feeding and care

  • Focus on prevention rather than reaction

  • Make high-quality education accessible through group consults and live events

By 2027, Madra Pet Wellness intends to take group nutrition education on the road, offering in-depth presentations and consults across multiple states.

This roadmap reflects the current direction of Madra Pet Wellness and will evolve as the work evolves.
